Bluestar Ac — bluestar service problem | |||
Dear All, I have a Blue star Split AC with me and when ever i have to get it serviced through the dealer its like wrestling in the WWF final round. I have to make 100 of calls and waste my money and time and it looks like that Blue star is only intrested in selling the AC and giving adds in tv to purchase the same and least bother to provide after purchase service. Please understand getting the Bluestar AC service done is not at all a cool job through bulestar dealers - ( Sri sai weather system - Ameerpet )...it only looks cool in your TV add showing DADDY COOL COOL...But in reality its like breaking a mountain. This time i called my dealer for getting the service done - Sri Sai weather service - on 22nd Apr and they gave a ticket no. 13818 and they said to call again on day prior of service date so i called them i reminded again on 25th apr for service. They confirmed that some one will come for service at 3 pm ...then on 26th wehen i didnt received any call ...i called again they said they will come little late by 4:30...then again i called them by 5 they said they will be come by 7 and no one turned up and they stopped picking up call also...then after that i called again blusestar customer service desk and raise a complain - SS[protected] and for the same i am still waiting to get resolved.I Spoke to Vinay - service manager from sri sai weathers several time...but Result is ZERO AS ALWAYS... Now as a customer i wanted to know following points :- Why every time i called no one takes the responsibility to get my request closed, infact everytime i have to tell my requirements again and again either to dealer or to customer service. The no of time i called for service to sai weather they just said they will look into it ..but intreseting part is that same number of time i got a call back from sai weather saying u want to purchase a new ac? It shows dealer is just intrseted in seeling and no one is intreseted in providing service. there is no value of time they just take things granted when once the customer purchase the ac...and they want to to work at their ease. Now i need an answer Is there any one in Bluestar organisation who can look into this matter and get it resolved and ensure that this kind of after service issues will be addressed more professionaly rather then just making fool to customers and makeing run us for service behind your so called " AUTHORISED DEALERS BY BLUESTAR " ... Looking this kind of service i think Hitachi and other service provider are far more superior in service and manitaince part...i think Bluestar dealers need to learn a lot for them. Bluestar AC — Improper service
We purchased a bluestar ac before 11 months with proper billing and taxes. Now it is not working. According to there bill they were providing the warranty of 1 year. But the company is not giving the service after complaining them.The complaint no is 117923 submettid on date 24/5/2010. We purchaesed this AC from Air Command, Unit No -30, Ground floor CSC-1, DDA Market, Sector -3 Rohini, Delhi. The bill no-2211 purchased on date 11/6/2009. They are waiting to complete the warranty period. It wiil finish on 11/6/2010. There are only 13 days remaining in warranty.Please take some action against the company as soon as possible.
