As of now i have been raised 10 tickets for the repair work in the split A/C - 3star 1.5T which is in warranty.This issues has been addressed by Mr. Muthuraj and team. It was worked out and fianly they came to the conculation is that entire unit to be replaced.Past 6 moths this unit is not working well due that my electricity bill was around Rs.10000. which I can not spare as a individual.Regarding this issues Mr.Muthuraj was not responding and this was directed to Mr.Mathivanan. After discussion with Mathivanan, the next day i.e10/6/2015 the entire unit was replace and regarding the electricity bill, he committed that, he will take it up to the top management and he will revert with the positive result . which is totally depressed my mind, why should I do this much follow up??.I think service engineers are working for their individual promotion showing to the management that, my area is very less concerns but its not really.So coming to the point:I need my electricity bill amount Rs.10000 that how are you going to pay.
