Dear Sir/Madam, I haved booked 2014 hyundai grand i10 Era Model on jan 7 2015 by paying 10000 as booking confirmation.. After two days they said Era variant not available, you can go for magna variant, Its 30k high from it, I have convinced me and i acept the same, today i went to pay my down payment and process for loan, Now they saying 2014 not blocked for you, you go for 2015 model by paying another 30k extra. . I thought to cancel my order but they deduct 3k from my advance and pay only 7k to me.. for their mistake why i need to pay 3k for them. Kindly consider my complaint and get my advance money without any deduction. Thanks & Regards Krishnakumar
