Bmtc — conductor's misbehave

Respected Sir/Madam, I am Thrupthi, today(11/2/2015) i was travelling in bus (KA-01, F-4909) from peenya 2nd stage to sunkadakatte on 11/2/2015 at 6:00 PM . BUS was almost empty but all seats was occupied so I was standing. The conductor was intentionally touching me and leaning on me, when I requested to stop this he scolded me with abusive language. And i regestered a complaint about this to bmtc helpline 155220 on 11/2/2015 at 6:22PM. Please take action against this and let make female passengers to travel comfortably in bmtc.
