Conductor rude behavior complaint
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern and disappointment regarding the rude behavior of the bus conductor on the bus 500CH [KA53F0032] on the date of December 26, 2022 at 8.38AM
As a passenger who does not know Kannada, I found it extremely difficult to communicate with the conductor and seek assistance. Despite my efforts to speak in English, the conductor responded rudely and with a harsh tone, making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome on the bus.
I understand that the conductor may have been busy and perhaps overwhelmed with the demands of their job, but that does not excuse the disrespectful treatment I received. I believe that all passengers, regardless of their language skills or backgrounds, deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.
I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate measures to ensure that this type of behavior does not happen again in the future.
