My bmw x3 was given for service on 25th feb for warranty repairs at kun bmw madurai tamilnadu!! On march 2nd 2020 morning i get a call from the company saying the car windshield got cracked during test drive!! To ask them as to when it happened they replied that it happened on the 29th late evening!! Now when i ask the company to replace it free of cost they’re not agreeing and are agreeing for only 50% at dealer price with no labour and i provided them a offer of 70/30 for the where as the company is completely at fault and nor was i informed on the same day of the incident kindly request you all to do something about it
