This is regarding your my vehicle bmw x5 - mh 15 cd 9594 - photos attached when vehicle was handed over to the driver vismit and also the photos with the damages to my vehicle.

It is such a disgrace to have sent my car to your company — workshop for repairs... You have managed to spoil my vehicle.

My vehicle was sent to the workshop after a lot of follow up by ms. Sujata for the airbag replacement campaign. The vehicle was picked from my residence on the 3rd of december, 2019 it was promised to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. On not hearing from the workshop infinity for about 10 to 12 days when we called and enquired, we found out that the vehicle was not worked upon till the 20th of dec. On further follow up calls we were informed that the part was not available and it is going to be shipped from germany. The dealer - workshop booked our appointment and kept our vehicle without having the part. Complete unprofessionalism.

The vehicle was then diagnosed by the workshop for further repairs and service, which we never requested. We had not confirmed any of these diagnostics charges to be paid or their approval to carry out any further work.. The vehicle was sent for the airbag replacement campaign on the 3rd of december 2019. The vehicle was not repaired as the required part was not available till the 20th dec and was still to be received from the company i. E. Still to be received from germany. The mail we received for was for estimate of the other repairs for the diagnostics. There was no information regarding the vehicle being ready for delivery.

We were informed via email on the 4th jan, 2020 that the vehicle was ready for deliver and if they do not receive the go ahead for the repairs they would charge us the rentals for parking from 27th dec onwards.

On the 4th of jan, 2020 we asked them to deliver the vehicle. On further discussion with the advisor on the following day for the delivery of the vehicle, we were informed that the vehicle is damaged and said that it is not possible to deliver the vehicle.

I was disturbed and also immediately asked them to repair the same as well as send me a replacement car.

The advisor does not recall our conversation and denies our demand for the same.

Anyways we have even written the same in our mails and clarified that we have requested a replacement car for the period of delay caused as well as inconvenience caused.

The question of paying for any diagnostic charges does not arise but i shall pay the same as per your demand.

I will surely be charging you for the delay caused at your end and the rental for the car since the 4th of january 2020. We will be charging our rental rs 5000/- per day till the date of delivery and repairs. As you have mentioned in your mail the vehicle will be ready on the 15th i. E. 11 days which will be rs 55000/- plus gst. Please note and pay the same.

We shall sue your company in the consumer court for my losses.

Bmw is spoiling its brand image with such unprofessional behaviour.

Hope a wiser cousel prevails on your self and your management.

Please consider this as a notice and clear the same immediately.
