I am writing this, to document my displeasure on company and the dealer.
I bought an bmw 6 gt 620d luxury line model, 6500 km driven demo car
Invoice no: chn/2019-20/0590. Dated on 22.12 2019.
Vin: wbajx2703kbs66733.
I was denied of the 5 year free service package that is been given to this model from bmw. And only 3 year free service package was accepted and mentioned in the invoice. But again now the dealer steps back and say he would be giving only 2.5 yrs free service package since its an demo car and used by the dealer since july 2019. This information was not shared to me during the discussion and negotiation of the deal and during the buy.
I feel disappointed and cheated from both bmw and kun exclusive chennai, india.
I am affected by both money and time thinking about this.
Either the car should carry full free service package for five years given from bmw for this model starting from july 2019 to july 2024.
Or
The car should have three years free service package as accepted in the invoice from the date of invoice. That is from december 2019 to december 2022.
