BMW India — parts broken

Dear sir/ mam
I would like to inform u that today my vehicle gj 17 n 276 bmw x3 gone for service at parsoli motors at ahemdabad
They inform me that yr vehicle would be ready tomorrow because bmw inform us 4000 vehicles campaing and yr vehicle is one of them
They give me my car at 9:30 pm today
I was not check my car due to late night workshop closing time. When stop my vehicle at toll plaza suddenly my side glass was broken & fix with glue tap
This is unfair do necessary action again who broken my side glass & inform the owner also
