I booked my service appointment on 9th june for 5th july 2018 for my car ka51 mk 9866. I gave it for simple service. I clearly asked for a replacement car for the period of service in my service request. Nobody turned up with a replacement car.
After taking my car at 12.30pm, i did not get any response for hours. At 4pm plus service advisor calls me to tell me what it costs. He included many other things that were not needed. Then another lady calls up to sell me a service package.in this time, full day was lost and then i was told that they cannot do service today and cannot return the car either today.
I was left stranded without transport. No cabs to travel from my office in bellandur to my home in basavanagudi. I had to walk 18km.
On top of that sales lady told me that my car warranty started on 29th september 2017 when the car was actually was delivered to me on 9th october after registration on 6th october 2017 afternoon. Over 10 days of warranty period is quietly knocked off by bmw. I am appalled at their behavior.
I think people should not buy any of these cars any more to suffer at their hands. Was this information helpful? |
