BMW India — poor service from bmw | |||
I am the managing director of arnon trading private limited. I own a bmw 640d bearing registration tn 02 ax 9001. I have given my service for change of roof glass which got damaged in due to unforseen reasons. I had given my vehicle for service on 08th of december 2017. To my surprise it's almost 2 weeks and they could even replace the glasses. I feel sorry to see such kind of service delays from bmw. I am almost without back up for my vehicle from past 2 weeks using uber. The reason is stated as this vehicle is high end and sparsely sold. My suggestion would be to stop selling such models where you cannot give service to such vehicle. I think i should buy a bmw 3 series as the company is worth providing servicing to such smaller cars only. In this world of digitalisation where in amazon is delivering products on the same day does it take 2 weeks to get a glass change for a premium segment. I feel annoyed seeing such a service from bmw.
