BMW India — uk bmw award winning

Dear madam /sir, i am informed that i have won the uk bmw winner 2017. And will be given sum prize money inr. Rs. 3, 35, 00, 000.00/-, one brand new hp laptop and bmw captiva car x6 jeep. The prize money draft, hp laptop and key and other documents are delivered to me by world courrier express. They are demanding inr rs.24, 700.00/- for costum duty. I want whether this award is true or fraud
So plz inform me that whether this is true or fraud.
