BMW India — Very rude behaviour from your kolkatta service station

Sir,
Writing you because i have lost my patience, your people are not giving the insurance claim, as my car was broken in an accident and i hve sent my car to your kolkatta service station but whenever i call them they don't respond, it's now more than a month and they just say that we are doing don't worry... Tell me, this is why i have bought the luxury car to face such problems.
My car is in the name of vachaspati jha
Please consider else i will loose interest in further being your customer
