Respested sir,
I have paid htet fomes fee of two students (My friends from my account) on 29 sept 2018 through netbanking mode from hdfc bank.

+ but recept not generated. I wait for 12 hours.
But recept not generate.
Keeping in mind the last date of required fee i have again paid from state bank of india through netbanking mode detail given below :

This time payment successfully paid and receipt generated.
But my first time payment from hdfc not refunded yet. I approach to bank but they told the payment successfully paid from the bank ends +. You can approach to merchant.
So it is my humble request kindly check it and refund my payment as soon as possible.
