I have placed an order for 3 (three) pieces of Boat Rockerz 330 Blue tooth ear phones through BOAT app and paid for 3 (three) pieces. But, I have received only 1 (one) piece. I have complained to the concerned through mail. But, no action has been taken for resolving of my complaint, even after elapse of 1 month of time

I want to exchange my product.but no exchange option is showing in website.i call customer care several times but still it is not resolved.i have also mail my complaint but no reply from there end.14 days already passed..

I ordered a boat with order id 417996 watch on 30th May 2021, its been 45 days since I still haven't received the product .I called customer care several times and they said the order has been cancelled by the courier service and we are refunding the amount.
I called several times for the refund every time they say i will receive the amount in 3 working days but still i didn't receive the amount yet.
When ever i call, new customer support executive lifts the call and says the same thing.there is no proper response from them
Please help me in getting either the product or Refund

I have buy a product boAt rockers 255 pro wireless earphone from flipcart. But few days ago its battery is not working properly. If i charged for 2 hours it discharge in 10 or 15 minutes. Please solve the issue.

I have raised complaints by 25 May 21, and faulty product got delivered at Boat service hub by blue dart. since 50days I have call them several times, they even not bother to reply to my emails no update in portal as well.

23 January 2021and after 4 months air drops
is not charging Please solve the problem as early as possible.

I have ordered boat airdrops 381 on aug 1 2020 and after 2 weeks one airdrop stopped working and it has been almost a year since no response is received please look into the matter and solve it

Company delivered worst product and after the return not refunding my payment of 999 inr.

I haven't received my product boat airdopes pes 441 pro. my product back from service center its been more than 3 months I have complaint. I have tried to reach them many times sometimes they responded and told me they will deliver my product ASAP but after complaining so many times still there is no update on my product. Kindly resolve my issue.

My earphones are not working since two months please kindly contact or give information regarding availing my warranty services from boat, I bought them on[protected], please kindly help me waiting for response

I have raised ticket to Boat, and I yet not received any call from there, after reading so many negative comments about Boat services now i am afraid that will Boat is going to resolve my case or not. Please provide solution fast and change my earpods at the earliest.

I have registered a complaint with boat for one of my airdopes replacment it's been more than one month but I haven' t received my product back from them and the product was picked one month ago and delivered to service center but was not replaced to me again after that and they are not updating anything now.

I ordered boat Airdopes 441 through Amazon. My headphones suddenly had a mic issues and bass problems. I've filed a complaint against it. My product has been picked up by the delhivery couriers. Its been more than 4 months I didn't receive my product. I had covid-19 .so, that I couldn't contact the courier team that time. Please, look into that and return my product ASAP.

I purchased BOAT Airdopes 381 which worked for like 4 months perfectly fine but then they started having some issue like the right earphone was unable to get charged even when case is fully charges, but as there was 1 year warranty in that product so I replaced it and got another one which worked for just like a month & half and started giving issue like the left earphone had very low or negligible sound, again i replaced it as the product was in warranty and got another which worked for just like a day or 2 and is having using like the right earphone is not even getting on. So now I am fed up of these replacement time period of 10 days which just gives another defective nd used product.
Never gonna trust BOAT again😠 and even never gonna recommend it to anyone else. 😩

3 months ho gye per mera product return nhi ho rha hai

On the 2nd of may, I had purchased a boat Rockerz 335 neck band ( ocean blue in colour) from Amazon. However on the 2nd of july, it stopped functioning. Since the product was within the warranty period, I registered a complaint with Boat where they accepted the invoice, issued me a service ticket number and a delivery person from expressbees collected the said product. On 12th July, the tracking details is displaying wh handover. However I have definitely not received my item. The customer care is inaccessible. Kindly help.

On the same day I have put a return complaint on boat ear phones, which was taken by some executive after sometime he called and gave me back the product with no reason just mentioned it is not qualified. I really got irritated nothing was missing in the product but sill did not qualified 😒 which is even not used more than a hour how they decided I do not understand.

Mobile charging is too slow now from last 2week
