        I have registered a warranty complaint on Boat on 5th April 2021 which is about 2 months ago. Ticket number - 2221464. The product was picked up on 9th April and was delivered to the service center on 12th April. Since then, there is no update on my ticket number. I don't know whether my product is replaced or not. I replied in their email threads but there is no response. So I request you to resolve this issue by letting me know about my product or when it will be replaced. Attached images of ticket number .

            I purchased boat airdrops 441 and got on 30-35 minute battery backup.
            But the company claims the airdrops have 4 to 4.5 hours of battery backup.
            even they are not listening to my request. I need my money back
            how this is fair. I paid huge money for that.

                I submit a complaint about my boat bassheads 252 on 25th May 2021 and, it got approved on the same day.

                And on the other day 1 guy from xpressbees took my headset.

                28th May i got an update from boat that they got my earphones and is in testing phase

                On 29th May i got another two updates that a replacement earphones are issued and will be dispatching soon

                Today is 2 June and i din't received any updates on dispatching or any kind of delay in delivery.

                I want my earphones its very urgent

                The ticket no. Of my complaint is : 2407780

                  My boat airdopes 121v-2 black was purchased on 4th february'2021 has stopped completely even the battery is full and both earbuds are out of order and there is no any signals in it.

                    I have raised a warranty claim request for my boat airdrops 611(ticket No 2273338) on 19th April. The item was picked up on 24th April. After pickup, the item reached tot their service centres on 8th May. Since then there is not even a single update from the boat team about my product even after multiple complaints through phone and email. I expected a delay due to the covid pandemic but the delay is getting very long. They are taking customers...

                    I want to purchase a product from boAt app, therefore I want to check whether my pin code is available for shipping / delivery or not.

                    My address is :-

                    Region : India.
                    State : Jammu and Kashmir.
                    District : Shopian.
                    Pin Code : 192303.
                    Street / Village : Gahind, Hermain.
                    Tehsil : Hermain.
                    House number : 59.

                    Actually I have ordered twice from boAt application and it showed me that the delivery is available on your address but both the times my order was cancelled. And the customer care executive told me to mail you.
                    So, I request you to check whether the mentioned address is available for delivery or not . And please also check that is there any shipper / courrier partner ready to ship product to the mentioned address?
                    Please let me know as quickly as possible.

                          Warranty claim - product pickup issue

                          It is saying that the delivery will be done within 18-20 days
                          but in my case its more than 22 days.

                            There was a charging issue in my headphone it was not getting charged, so i raised complaint on 16 may 2021 and product is picked on 21 may 2021, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover .                               Did not getting any refund

                              My name is mousam singh,
                              On 13th may i was ordering an earphone boat rockerz 255 pro .But in my 1st transaction it shows that money sent to boat but did not get any confirmation of order placed, they show that payment not confirmed.
                              So i order 2nd time and paid again and this time order get confirmed and this time i get an order number.After some days i canceled the order which was place and raise a refund.

                                  I had been using boat rockerz 450 for past 5 months and keeping it with utmost care but after that too it formed a crack from the extension area and is on the verge of falling apart .
                                  Needless to say there's definitely problem in it's manufacturing..the plastic used is not sturdy enough to break without any external pressure

                                  Also I contacted the customer care but they just say it's a physical damage and doesn't come under warranty.

                                  I hope you provide me with some kind of help or if possible give me a replacement
