      My ticket number is 1319311
      I registered my complaint on boat website about my boat stone 1400 and it got approved on 23 july 2020, my replacement shipment was taken by courier boy on 24 july 2020 morning. The product was deliverd to boat service center located in mumbai on 30 july 2020.
      I got ststus update on 1 august 2020 that replacement product issued and replacement product dispatching soon.
      Since 1 august 2020 its now 21 August 2020 but there is no response from boat service center... Its been 21 days but No status changed of my ticket and not my product dispatched... Total 1 month is done but my product is not returned to me
      Please help me to get me my product back

      After talking to boat customer care. .. they assured me dispatching of replacement unit as soon as possible. And next day the dispatched the replacement unit on 25 august 2020

        I got my airdopes delivered on 10th August via Amazon. One piece now has no sound and it always had syncing problem.

          I have raised a ticket for airpods replacement. On 5th aug they issued the replacement product after that there is no update.
          I tried multiple times on different days to contact their customer care, but unable reach. I sent emails to their mail id, no one revert back as well as there is no updates on their ticket portal.

          Bought boat Airdopes 381 on 26th December 2020 it hardly worked properly for a week. Later one side of the airdopes was not getting charged and now the no sound is coming on both the Airdopes. Such a disappointment. Give me a solution to this issue as it is not a small amount for this product.
          Didn't receive any reply or call yet from the support team.

              I received a mail about my defective product being replaced and will be delivered by delhivery courier service. According the delhivery tracking site shows product has been delivered to seller on 25/06/2020 . I havent received my product yet. My AWB tracking id is[protected] and ticket number is 1120484. Please look into it and do the needful as soon as possible.

                I have registered a complaint on boat on 27 June 2020. Complaint no is 1336854

                On 8 August 2020 Service center received my product for servicing or replacement.On 10 August i got the status that 'replacement product is issued.but till now i.e 20 August I didn't got any update.I mailed to the customer service for 2 times but still they were not responding
                I am unable to contact customer care, call is not connecting,
                When can i expect a delivery of my replacement product.

                        I generated a complaint on 5th August and my earphones were picked on 7th August.. after that they reached there on 12 th August then i was not given any information about my earphones and yesterday i.e. 19th august last update was oh WHHandover and it says that my product has been delivered to origin but i have not recieved it yet. I want my product back at any cost.

                                    I made a replacement request of boat-rockers 255 Bluetooth earphones on 21/09/19 and reached at the service center on 4/08/20. And the last status is shown on ticket number - 1366756 that "replacement product issued" on 11/08/20, after that no status updated on the ticket number and no mail or message update. I tried to call several times on the customer service support number on "[protected]" but no one answer the call after a long long waiting time. It is almost 16 days till now they don't dispatch the product. Whenever I call customer care they didn't respond. Please help me with my ticket no 1366756. I am facing lots of problems regarding this. All my classes are disturbed due to this.

                                      I went to ofc to claim the warranty but they denied the same.
                                      Please help ASAP else I will register the compalint against u in consumer court...
