Boat — Bassheads 100 earphones

One side of wireless headphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 21 june 2020 and product is picked on 23 june 2020, after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover. Now 3 july 2020, its been 6 days still no update from boat. Customer care not responding for calls and mails.

Please help here i want my earphone as early as possible...

My Boat earphone was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 29th May 2020 and product is picked on 6th Jun 2020. On 18th Jun it reached Mumbai, and on 24th Jun 2020 the status of my complaint is updated as "Replacement unit Is dispatching soon". But post that there is no update in the status. They are not responding any mails since 1 month, customer care number never get connected as I hav ebeen trying since last 1 month. I have no option left to check the status.
