Boat — Bluetooth earphone stopped working and neither the company nor myntra executive giving response regarding this issue

I purchased this product (Boat bluetooth ear phone) from myntra past 6 months back and it came with a warranty of 1 year. Unfortunately it stopped working and neither the company nor myntra executive giving response regarding this issue. They are providing me contact of service center (Unable to make a call at those provided numbers) plus service center is far away from my location and using public vehicle for such long distances is risky due to countries corona issues
