This is the third time, i am complaining against this company.
I have given my boat bassheads 220 earphones for servicing and replacement but its nearly 2 months, still i haven't got my replacement product. Whenever i call them, they just say we will be dispatching it by this week or make any other excuses. They say we have forwarded it to our higher department team but still i haven't got any resolution yet. My ticket number is [1184083]. I haven't expected such a wonderful response and experience from this company. I want my product as soon as possible.
