My boat basshead 950 headphone which was only 1 month old stopped working i registered a complaint on their site and headphone was picked up and sent back for replacement. On 10th november the product reached their facility and on the same day 10th november my complaint status was updated saying replacement product issued after that no updates or messages. I tried contacting their customer support but no use.

My complain is registered and my ticket number is 764393 & product has been dispatched via tracking number[protected]. but till now my product is not recieved and till now updates is been provided.
