Boat — boat headset 225 not delivered

My ticket number is 546818 i filed complain on 14th september the courrier man man picked the parcel on 16 september it reached service center on 24 september the replacement product issued on 1st october but i didn't received my boat headset 225 yet i tooks nearly 1 month no response from the boat coustmer care not responding for mails also i need my headset assoon as possible
