One side/both side of earphones was not working properly, so i raised complaint on 15 june, 2020 and product is picked on 19june 2020, today after tracking my shipment it shows whhandover suddently on the date when "our for delivery" has been shown since 25th of june. Now it's 27th june and i've no idea about my unit. I m trying to contact with customer care but no one pickup my call Help! Here i want my earphone as early as possible. Ticket no. Jul 3, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I rise complain against boat 27 june now 3 july no response from the boat site... I God a mail from u consumer complain ur request was forward to boat support team they contact u several days but now 7 days over but no response from the boat site regarding my complain so tell what I do next... Boat not responding my call mail... No representative contact me for the status of my boat Bluetooth earphone ... Boat site not serious for ur complains boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
