I have raise my complaint on 28/09/2019 about my bluetooth earphone and it was successfully received at ware house on 03/10/2019. And it is almost 13 days has gone but still i didn't any confirmation about my earphone replacement. And given tat was 4 to 5 working days and now 15 days has gone. Even customer care no. Is also not working since last 15 days.
Requesting kindly close this issue on top priority or i will escalate to higher authority.
