It has been over one month but no updates regarding replacement/repair of my defective boat rockerz 385 earphones.. Although a ticket number 842468 is issued for replacement of product by boat but on checking the status of complaint it shows that replacement product issued on 03 jan, 2020 but haven't received the product yet.. On contacting the customer care of boat they are not giving any satisfactory reply for the delay Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (3)
