My boat product is boat airbuds 121v2.it is in the warranty period so there was a problem in one piece but it was not damaged that i am sure.i have given product on boat warranty replacement on 16 august and after 3 days they told me that my claim is rejected due to damage.it is against good company policy so kindly do look into the matter otherwise i will have to redress my grievance to other platforms.
