[Resolved]  Boat — Didn't receive the replacement product

Address:C-255, 2nd Floor, Guru Gobind Industrial estate, Next to Jay coach, Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra – 400063

Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 26th September after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

I had registered complaint on 10 September with a ticket number 1520551. The product was collected from me on 11th September and the service center received on 19th of September, when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 26th the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
Till now i didn't receive my product,
I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.
