I made an order on 25th of August 2022 of earpoads from boat online. The order prepaid and I was constantly tracking my order.
But on the day of delivery I didn't receive the product but it was showing to be delivered.
Then I informed the courier company and boat as well regarding the same.
There was no response from them.
I tried multiple times to contact them but they didn't revert back.
I need some actions to be taken regarding the same.
