[0:10 pm, 01/12/2021] Pretty Mom: Dear Team,
This is to inform you that in march 2021 i have purchased a product of yours (bill attached) the eardopes had gone shapeless suddenly for which i went to Om sai telecom vashi Navi Mumbai.
There were 3 staff relaxing and denied to take the complaint. When i asked he refused and said STOP BUYING PRODUCT ONLINE WE DONT HAVE TIME TO RESOLVE YOUR COMPLAINT.
When i said that i tried calling call center there is no option of customer care executive so what should i do now?(proof attached)
Now what should a customer do???
Obviously i will stop ordering your product and will convey same to friends and colleagues.
But this is what your service is???
If you are not capable to resolve our problems with your product then shut your company as simple as that.
I am frustrated coz of Om sai telecom as they all are playing games sitting and not entertaining the clients.
I want call and take this product back replacement need to be done as its not physical damage.
PS I am sharing all the above in Google and consumer forum.
