Boat — not getting my earphone back in warranty

I have given my basshead 225 blue earphone to claim warranty by online complaint but it has been more than 30 days no one is attending my call and no one is replying to my email. And even the tracking status is not showing. Plz return my boat earphone. It's been more than 1 month. I have also called ranchi service center they said now they don't have boat agency anymore. I have been calling and mailing boat customer care for past 1 month so that i can get my product back but no one is listening to me if i don't get my product back then i will go to consumer court that will be my last option if i don't get my product boat earphone back.
