I had booked boAt Airdopes 141 on 10th November, and it was supposed to be delivered on 14th November 2021. But that day it showed status of product as not delivered due to consignee unavailable. And it was not true to be honest. I was at available at the address I provided. And after 2 days the return of product started and finally after 5 days it was returned back to boAt and the order was accepted also. But even after the return was accepted, I didn't get my refund. So now I want to clearly know when and how will I get my refund. If I don't get refund, I'll file a case against the boAt company for a online fraud, as I am not only victim, I've read so many reviews talking about the same issue. So I expect that boAt would consider my complaint seriously, else the end result would not be good.
