I had placed the order #425346 on June 2, 2021. My payment was successful.
On June 3, 2021, I got email saying that my order got cancelled.I thought due to COVID situation, the order got cancelled automatically.
As per their policy, refund amount should get credited in 5-6 days. It's more than 15 days now, still the amount 1199/- was not refunded in my bank account.
Tried sending email to their help desk [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com, getting the following response.
"Your message couldn't be delivered to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com. Their inbox is full, or it's getting too much mail right now." Was this information helpful? |
