Boat — Order paid for, but not showing up anywhere on my account. It's been more than 18 days.

I placed an order of Rs 899 via the boat-lifestyle website and paid for it via UPI ([protected]@ibl) through Phone Pay at 12:05AM, on 28th August 2022. The amount has been deducted but the order is showing nowhere, and neither have I received any order confirmation from boAt. I have attached the screenshots of the payment with this.
