I had ordered Boat Rockerz 255 Pro + Active Black through the website on 8th of December, 2021, it was delayed by one day and got delivered to me by 12th of December, 2021 that too after opening the package, I could see an open seal.
First of all, I have a problem with the "Product Problem" list in the boat website. It doesn't have the other option of "missing accessories and parts". Why is this the case?
And yes, the customer care number shows "not available" all the time? If you expect people to buy something from your store/brand, why aren't you keeping a good communication service? I have trusted you with my money for the product and if that's not delivered properly/or given an old/used product with torn box and missing accessories, why would even one go for it.
I would request you to take this seriously and not give the customer a bitter experience and please address this concern in priority.
