Hi team, I dont know what's wrong with your customer service it's more than 20 days of claiming but no resolution provided yet and there is no option to contact customer support team even through call or mail never expected this type of service will be provided after buying a boat product, 100 of portals for selling product and lack of customer service after purchase issue no service center, no customer care team, no replies for mail next i have to reach mr. Mehta or aman gupta to get a resolution. Legal customer reference ticket number: 1511999 and the status is still product issued further not even a single update in this ticket. Oct 9, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Finally received the product today got it as new product with complete package. boAt customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Hi Venu,

I dont know your exact issue to guide but the ticket number will be the registered complaint number of boat and regarding the customer care there is a way to connect them which cant be listed here.
