Boat — Product is wh handover, didn't get my earphone back | |||
My boat bassheads 220 blue was not working but was still in warranty. So I raised my complaint on 9th of April 2021 with boat customer service, they attended my complaint and sent a delivery boy on just next day i.e. 10 April 2021 from expressbees for collecting my earphones. After continuously tracking the earphone I found replacement has been issued on 5 th of May and last status is showing WH HANDOVER on 10 of may. Today 24 may 2021 still I didn't get back my earphone. I have called customer care but they disconnected my calls without giving any answer. I'm attaching my conversation with customer care executives. I want my earphones back😠😠😠 Please help now you only can do something about this. I was patiently waiting from 1 and half month just because of pandemic but as far as I know ecommerce is open now and it's been enough days to resolve my issue and they are not giving any response.
