Boat — Product not handover to me

My wireless bluetooth headset boat rockerz 255f neon one side not working so i complaint against on 30 april my ticket no 1080101. & awb no.[protected]. The current status shows that whhandover delivered on 3rd june but i'm not received the product. I want my product as soon as possible, kindly please recheck and resolve it my ticket no 1080101.
