I submitted the complaint for my earphones on 30th april and they sent me a mail the next day that my earphones will be picked up from my home in coming 3-4 days and it will take another week to reach them since its lockdown, and then another 3-4 days for issuing of new piece. Also they will notify me through mail or text once my replacement is issued.
I received a ticket number and awb no. To track the pickup. They picked the faulty piece from me on 7th of may and since then its 1.5 months but i havent received any text or mail. I tried contacting the customer care but no one receives the call. Also when used the awb no for tracking it shows that my product has been out for delivery on 29th may.
I sent them mails too, but no response from their ends.
I just need to know whether i'll be getting the replacement or not or they have given it to someone else since it shows out for delivery.
