My ticket no is 1030555. It has been now 4 months since i returned the product and i haven't received boat bluetooth headset yet. Very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour from the company. They received my product on 16th of aug and on 20th of june i got an update that product left service center and picked up by courier partner and while tracking the courier partner updates as not picked on 11th of june. The company is just fooling around its customers. I had tried calling on helpline number but they never connect the call. I ve tried for more than 100 times. Also mailed them and they said that they had received a stock of boat 255f which they will dispatch in a week and after that week they are not even replying to the mails. Im just sick of the after sale service of boat. Most of the customers are facing this issue. Kindly help
