Order ID 205921
Regarding the order I have placed on 22 February, I have opted for the cancellation of the product due to failed delivery on time on March 6th. After contacting customer care Refund process has been initiated but the amount was not refunded within the promised time period.
I have contacted the customer care center several times and the response was the refund will be credited soon.
It has been more than three months from the date of cancellation and the refund amount of 1499 has not been credited to my account till now. Was this information helpful? |
