I haven't received my refund till now. The CUSTOMER care support team doesn't know a ### on how to handle the CUSTOMERs. Till now they haven't responded back to the tickets that I have raised. Every time they mention they will get back to me within 48 hours and nothing happens. I want my money back asap.
