my ticket no. is 2280908. its been almost 33 days since i not gave my boat Rockerz 255F for replacement or repair. But i do not receive any updation or any kind of information about my headphones. Please dispatch my headphone ASAP i need it or at least notify me of any kind update for my headphones.
And another one your customer care employments are not give me right answer plzz give me update as soon as possible.
