Madam/Sir,
The replaced product (boAt Storm Pro Call Charcoal Black Strap) is not the same as the product (boAt Storm Pro Call Metal Black Strap) ordered by me. Kindly replace the product again and send me the product same as the original order.
Further details for your reference.
1. I ordered the product boAt Storm Pro Call Metal Black Strap from Flipcart on[protected] .
2. The speaker of the watch was not working at all and I registered a complaint through boAt register Complaint Interface on[protected].
3. There was no option for selecting the product as boAt Storm Pro Call Metal Black Strap so I selected the option boAt Storm Pro Call Charcoal Black.
4. The product I received today is with the plastic Strap instead of the metal strap.
5. I attach herewith the original order proof from flipkart, the invoice, screen shot of the boAt register Complaint Interface and the replaced product.
Kindly do the needful at the earliest.
