[Resolved]  Boat — replacement not received

Hii i'm keshav. I have asked for replacement from boat on 26 sep. And its approved and received by boat on 4 october. Till now i haven't got any information about my earphones which is boat rockers 255 they're not replying my mail & they are not receiving my call it's been 2 weeks but no status is received from there side please help me out.

I was send my boat basshead 225 for replacement on 26/09/2019 .
But still there is no reply about earphone and my ticket number is 591891.
