[Resolved] Boat — Replacement not received | |||||
It almost has been a month. I registered the complaint for my product - boAt rugged v3 cable (black) on 7th-july-2020 The ticket id (generated for track purpose[protected] You can track it on https://support.boat-lifestyle.com/ The replacement was successfully received 16th -july And the last update that they gave was "replacement product dispatching soon" on 21st-july And now today is 5th aug I have been emailing them, texting them, calling them .. but there was NO response - not a single word. Now the consumer court was the only option left for me ..to complaint The email id through which i was contacting them and same which is linked with the ticket is "[protected]@gmail.com" Please help me out 🙏 i am just so frustrated Was this information helpful? | |||||
