[Resolved] Boat — replacement of boat rockerz bluetooth headset | |
I had purchased boat rockerz 255 sports bluetooth wireless earphones on 16/10/2019. After few months my earphones battery became weak i registered a complaint and they provided me with a ticket number - 1517885 and awb[protected], on the next day itself it was pickedup by bluedart delivery boy. I got a message on 11th september 2020 that they have received my earphones in there service center. I waited till 20th 2020 september, i tried to track my product on their website by the help of ticket no -1517885, it shows on 17th september 2020 out for delivery they had accepted my earphones for replacement, so i tried calling on their customer service number from the date of replacement accepted by them, people in customer service are not even bother to answer our calls, it just keeps ringing. So i tried to google for help, i got to know all the worst reviews of boat that their company employees are least bother to answer phones, to replace product - their are people who didn't received their products which were in warranty and its been above a month. I have registered a complaint regarding my boat rockerz wireless Bluetooth on 30th September, as it was working one side after 10 days it was showing dispatching in 5 days but status was same and no one is responding on mails as well as on calls, complaint I'd is 1599511.can team help me on this.
