Boat — replacement of my charging cable not receive

My ticket no in boat register 727409 and i return product on 1 nov 2019 but after 15 days later showing only product is issued but not dispatch and they again and again showing this in my ticket so please waiting i still waiting and waiting for my charging cable and i have not enough money to again and again buy new cables so sir please sort out my problem waybill number :[protected]
