[Resolved] Boat — Reverse pick, up done but new product did not received | |||
I have bought a boss bassheads 242 black headphone, in two months it started malfunctioning, but because it was on warranty for 1 year, i filed a complaint and they asked me to return the product and they will exchange it. The ticket no. Is 1052969, with name of akash jha. Xpressbees picked up my product from my place, and till today i didnt received back my new fresh product.
