My ticket no. is 3915480
i made a complaint on 2 november 2021 for my smart watch due to charging the product is picked up and replacement of product is issued on 12 november.and the product is handover to a xpress bees shipment company but shipment company make RTO for the product by making their own reason. their is no delivery attempt is made at that time. when i complain about this to boat customer care and they promised to make reattempt for my product but till now 9 of december there is no update about my replacement product.
please kindly help me to dissolve this issue
