Boat — There is no reply from the support after getting away the product for exchange

Initially i ordered an boAt rockerz 205 Pro headphone from official boAt website.
They delivered a faulty one. Thus claimed for an refund.
They denied and offered me an exchange.
Thus i agreed to them and handed over the product to the courier person in terms of 7 day - exchange policy.
But as soon as the product reached their end, there is no response from their via email.
Its been 7 continuous days i have been mailing them.
Till no response/refund/exchange provided.
There is no other point of contact.
